The Oaks at Mount Carmel Venue Rental includes the following:

Draping of the Barn
Let us create the wedding of your dreams with this elegant draping. Our draping amenity includes fairy lighting and can be set to the color of your choice. This beautiful cheese cloth draping, along with the romantic lighting, brings a touch of class to your event and will “Wow” your guests.

This 1880’s antique buffet provides a beautiful way to offer beverages to your guests. The beverage buffet includes three glass beverage containers with stands.

Large Wooden Cross
Over 5 ft tall, hand crafted and painted to match our hand painted charger plates. It can be used in an outdoor setting such as the Gazebo, or high on the mantel in the barn. This cross can be placed anywhere you desire and will look beautiful in your wedding photos. This beautiful cross is a must!

What's included
The basic price of $150 includes placement on the property of your choice. No greenery or decoration is included. For an extra $50 ($200 Total), we add greenery so all you have to do is accent it with your flowers and colors.
Wooden Flower & Décor Package
We’ve bundled our wooden flower décor with many of our most popular items. Our flower collection includes the Mantle décor setup, aisle markers, table centerpieces, multiple door wreaths, and many more accent pieces. For $500 we have you covered from the mantle to the gazebo!

What's included
The Collection includes center pieces for all your tables for up to 150 guests. [2] Beautiful wreaths for the [2] main entrance Barn doors and [2] wreaths for the loft doors. It also includes decoration of the large mantel inside the barn. All you have to do is accent the pieces with your colors. Flowers are expensive and this is a very good value.
Lantern & Candlestick Collection

"Light Up" the After Party Fireworks Display
Nothing says celebration in the South like a good ole fireworks display. We provide a full two minute display, what a way to light up your after party!!

The fireworks are provided and set off by a licensed and insured professional fireworks company. It is a [2] minute display that is usually started at the end of the Sparkler Send-off while all of your guests are already outside. Surprise your guests and don’t tell them, it is sure to please from young to old!

Custom made Wagon from Dollywood Tennessee
This beautiful wagon can be used in many different settings. It can be placed anywhere you desire to create a perfect photo opportunity or it can be used as beverage wagon to greet your guests on your special day.

What's included
The Dollywood wagon includes placement of your choice and [2] half barrels with ice. All you have to do is give us the refreshments that you want to serve your guests while they wait for your ceremony to start. Water, and soft drinks for example.
Yamaha Outdoor Speaker & Audio Rental
We offer a state of the art Yamaha audio outdoor speaker system paired with a wireless handheld microphone. Don’t let your guests miss a moment of your ceremony.

What's included
This is a professional audio system with a mixer that we set up for you when your ceremony is to be held outside. It sounds great and its Bluetooth as well for an easy connection to your music on your phone or
lpad. It also includes a professional grade Shure handheld microphone that comes with a stand. We set it up and take it down for you. We also work with your MC to make sure their device is connected and everything is working well.
Outdoor Yard Game Package
We offer multiple games for your family and guests, with set up and take down provided. We have many games to offer in this package, to include Putterball , 2 cornhole, and 2 giant Jenga blocks just to name a few!

We ordered these chairs to enhance the beauty of your outdoor ceremony. We currently offer 150 of these beautiful chairs for rental. Rental includes set up and arrangement as well as takedown.

Golf Cart Shuttle w/Driver
For the convenience and comfort of your guests, we can provide a golf cart shuttle service, with driver, from the parking area to where your guests will be gathering. Very convenient for any guests that may have a need. This amenity also includes two parking attendants to direct your guest parking.
